9H Coating Pro^® is a single layer, transparent, high solids liquid nano-ceramic coating. When cured, this technology will transform itself on the surface to a permanent, durable yet flexible transparent ceramic shield. 9H Coating Pro acts as an additional clear coat, with 3 times the hardness and self cleaning properties. Once cured it can only be removed by wet sanding. 9H Coating Pro is in a category by itself, compared to sealants or waxes that degrade quickly.

9H Coating Pro once cured, is measured to have hardness above 9H. Normal clear coat has hardness between 2H and 4H. The increase in the hardness of the coated surface is tremendous. This makes it world hardest paint coating. This new transparent ceramic shield prevents minor scratches to your clearcoat and acts as a barrier of protection. This preserves the original factory paint which preserves your vehicle value.

How to use:

Step 1: Cleaning the surface
Before the application of this mixture, the substrate has to be cleaned. Keep the mixture unstirred. The temperature during processing should be in the range of 5-40°C, preferably 20-26°C.
In order to permit sufficient chemical bonding of 9H Coating Pro to the substrate, the surfaces have to be carefully cleaned before the application. The long-term stability and abrasion resistance of the coating depends on how well 9H Coating Pro is chemically bonded.
The surface to be treated is recommended to be polished with abrasive to remove all hard bearing contamination. Ensure elimination of iron fouling with ecoclean Iron. Wash off residues and dry thoroughly before degreasing with appropriate substrate cleaner or ecoclean precoat. Wash the surface again with water to ensure proper removal of any leftover film on surface. Use of a tack rag is recommended.
The abrasive cleaning and degreasing ensures a completely clean and reactive paint surface. Just after the cleaning, the surface should be coated.

Step 2: Treatment process
Direct exposure to sunlight during application should be avoided. Place a few drops of 9H Coating Pro onto the provided microfiber application cloth in a vertical direction. Apply the coating lightly in a 3x3 feet area vertically then horizontally motion, always ensuring an overlapping coated area.
Wait for about 2-5 minutes (or when there is a small resistance in buffing) then buff off with a clean dry microfiber cloth.
Continue the process on the intended surface. Allow coating to cure for 2 hours (5-50°C) or 1 hour (60°C) then apply a second layer. Do not let the film dry sporadically. If it dries within 2 hours, the film can be removed with a small amount of 9H Coating Pro.
If it has been allowed to harden for more than 12 hours, it will need to be polished off and reapplied.A hydrophobic effect generally can be seen depending on the substrate, reactivity and temperature after its initial curing stage and is further enhanced after a few minutes. After application the coating should be air-dried for about 4 hour and avoid water contact.

• In contact with your mouth: Rinse mouth with water.
• Get immediate medical advise if irritation continues.
• Keep away from heat, sparks and hot surfaces.
• No smoking allowed.
• Keep tightly closed when not in use.
• Do not freeze.
• Store in cool well ventilated location.
• Dispose of contents or containers in accordance to local lows.
