• Allows you to mount your 5 Hole grant or Forever Sharp wheel to any MOMO/Sparco/OMP 6 Hole adapter.
• Screws to mount conversion plate to adapter included.

Note:

• Will mount to any adapter with a 2.75" BC (center to center, side to side).
• Will not work with adapters with a 2.91" BC (center to center, side to side).
• Will not work with adapters with a 2.91" BC (center to center, side to side).
• This conversion plate will sit between your grant/ Forever Sharp steering wheel and MOMO/Sparco/OMP 6 Hole adapter.
